African refugees in Israel

Some 50 thousand economic and political African refugees out of enemy countries: Somalia and Sudan are producing notable tension in Israel.  I personally don't know if they can or should be sent back those countries.  The very fact that they took refuge in Israel is a crime for most of their home countries. Some of the Sudanese are now being given South Sudanese citizenship. South Sudan may maintain relations with Israel. Should they be sent back?  I don't know.  The following site deals with the subject in Hebrew and  English and maybe other languages.

I have figures out Africa's basic domino effect.  One country destabilizes, another receives thousands of refugees, part of whom are militant, the next country destabilizes and so on. All African countries are at risk of participating in this DOMINO EFFECT. How can we stop this vicious cycle?
