Teachers' Union puts USA in its Place--The Bottom

The Teachers Union, American Federation of Teacher, occasionally compares the USA with other countries.  Below is a link to a summary of a survey by Organization of Economic Cooperation and Developement that  puts the USA nearly at the bottom in education compared to most industrial countries.
